5 years ago, I attended BCCK’s First Ramadhan Buffet !! No, I didn’t go for plastic surgery. This is not me. This is #livetoeat Anna
Skipped a year, then I went back again for their 3rd Ramadhan Buffet which they mentioned Bigger Is Better.
Skipped another year and here I am.. Back for their 5th Ramadhan Buffet. So, I’m thinking, next year I won’t be able to make it again since as per record, I go once, skip once. HAHAHA !!

and to my surprise, when I just got up from escalator, I saw airport look-alike place. Patrons are to present their Ramadhan Vouchers at the counter.. just like you’re going to check in at the counter. Haha. Unique I must say.
and I was like a red-carpet passenger who got my VIP ticket from Mike.
and off I went to the Departure Hall of BCCK Airlines.

and I’m impressed by this year’s interior decorations.
Unlike others, my first station will always be the Desserts. No, I don’t eat them first. I just love to see what they have so I can save a space for them. HAHAHA.

So far I haven’t got to know anyone who dislike Kek Lapis !! How can one resists layer cake??!! Even West Malaysians come to Kuching for our Kek Lapis.
and instead of going to the Cold Station where they have Ulam-Ulaman, 5 types of Kerabu, Sambal Belacan, Cencaluk and all the Sambals and Salads and the Hot Station where they have Bubur Pedas, Udang Goreng Berkunyit, Ayam Percik Bakar, Braised Tofu with Minced Chicken and lots more, I decided to go to the Stalls to have a look.. and I saw this special stall where they were roasting so many chickens live at The Great Hall !! It’s at Chicken Roast with Chicken Juice stall. They all look so delicious.
and then I was told that this Fried Kway Teow stall is superb. I was reluctant to try at first but since I heard many compliments about it last night, I’ve decided to give it a try.
BCCK Signature Dish – Roasted Whole Lamb with Condiments and Sauces and this time they have my favourite Black Pepper Sauce !! What more can I asked for??
It was our time to eat !! and this is my portion. How can a roasted lamb be this delicious??

There was a short Press Conference introducing Chef Saiful, the New Executive Chef of BCCK. He claimed himself as the Airlines Chef since he has been with so many airlines and one of them was Qatar Airways. I’m assuming the designs of the 5th BCCK Ramadhan Buffet partly due to his airline personality as we have boarding counter at BCCK Airlines. Haha.
