Anyways.. As you all know, it’s the month of Ramadhan now. How much do you understand about Ramadhan? As for me, besides fasting.. I do not know much. I didn’t know Ramadhan falls on the 9th month of the Islamic Calendar. I didn’t know Ramadhan is the holiest month in the Islamic Calendar.

So, to Puzzle, we went. The theme for the Ramadhan buffet there is Malay-Balinese.

and Pullman Kuching has invited two amazing Chefs from Bali, known as Chef Kadek Janu Wirama and Chef Gusti Made Diartawan – to dish out mouth watering popular dishes.

These are the must-try Malay-Balinese delicacies:-
Ayam Betutu (smoked chicken with balinese spice in banana leave)

Sate empol ikan (Fish Finger Skewer)

Cumi sambal matah (Squid with raw Balinese spice)

Udang bumbu bali (Prawns with red chili and lime)

Beef rendang (Beef stew with Balinese spice)

and another must-try is their Bubur Lambuk Pullman Kuching. I don’t know how to describe the taste but it is just so yummilicious I regretted I didn’t bring a container over to take away this porridge

Besides Malay-Balinese delicacies.. I still like one of their main dishes very much. I remember I had this Black Pepper Udon last year and I’m glad they still have it. Hohoho..

Besides my favourite Udon, they also have Nasi Bryani Ayam.

This is drink of the month of November: Ice Bannoffee @ RM14++ .. When Alicia recommended this drink and when she mentioned the word banana.. I immediately ordered this drink cos banana helps to cure constipation ma and I never knew the combination of Banana and Coffee is that good too.
