Puzzle @ Pullman Kuching

Hehehehe.. It has been a while since I last update on food hor.. O.o But you know what.. Because of this post entry ahhh.. I need to starve at freaking 1230am lor… T.T

Nvm lahh.. I’ll show you what I had the other day when I was at Puzzle, located at Ground Floor of Pullman Kuching. No, I did not pay a cent to dine in there. I was there because Johnston and Anna, each has got complimentary buffet dinner coupons for two, from their hard work as two of the models for the 5 star hotel. If you didn’t know, go to Pullman Kuching and look at their plasma TVs on the wall *LOL*

I was their manager, so JF decided to dine with me, while Anna dined with her Mummy and BrotherJohn *LOL*

We were given a small table *LOL* .. Oklahh.. not that small just that I think somehow I don’t have enough space to put plates *LOL*

I told him not to get so much for one type of food.. cos to me, eating buffet is like, every food served must be tried and only by then we should get bigger portion of what we like best :)

but to him.. or probably to guys.. they just like to get whatever they think are nice and they thought we would like it too.. but end up they have to eat those themselves *LOL*

Complimentary drinks from the management.. thank you ;)

So, this is what I meant by little portion of every food served, must be tried… I super love the Black Pepper Udon ahhhhh ~ Can someone give me the recipe?? Or can someone cook for me?? Or tell me where can I find the best cheap and nice black pepper udon??

Red Salmon Tuna.. Is it what this is supposed to be called? *LOL* Salmon is the orange type ma.. then this red type is call Red Salmon Tuna lah right? :D

I don’t have to mention you know who put this plate on table *LOL*

Super love this corner cos they served Black Pepper Udon !! *LOL* (Can someone please feed me food at this hour?)

My favourite corner of every buffet.. *grok*grok*

.. and the final dish that I had that evening together with Anna, Aunty and John :) Very yummilicious wei !!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FEED ME NOW??

I’m so hungryyyyyy ~~

Yeap totally agree with u lou….the food serve at Pullman very… very… very… very….. disappointing…..sorry Pullman u gotta step up to the plate man….you need to overahaull your kitchen crew….yr food serve must in par with 5 STAR status!!!

true!! lack of choice and the taste… Last time was there till 10pm plus, the waiter already stop guest from going in. Can be tolerate if they say not more food refill but not stopping people from coming in already mah. . .

The time I had my buffet.. their food was good. Not the best buffet I had.. but it’s still good :)

As many are still not unaware that in Pullman, there is no such thing as monosodium aka msg that’s why some ppl feels that the food taste different. It’s is the hotel standard set internationally to promote healthy eating in Pullman.

In terms of selections, it depends on when you visited the restaurant. It’s improving from day to day and which is why comments and suggestions are important. :) .

Kallyempire : For the waiter stop accepting guests, am sure it is informing the guests that they are close for the buffet to prevent complaint from guest paying full price but eating so much lesser than the guests that comes earlier. There’s be special promo for guests visiting late coming up if not mistaken either in July or Aug. Frankie should b able to tell u the rest ;)
