Q4) From the toll brigde.. go towards Jalan Utama. Straight until reach roundabout. At the roundabout, turn in the road at 3 o’clock. Then drive straight again until reach yet another roundabout. Turn at 12 o’clock into Jalan Keruing. Drive straight straight straight.. you see BCCK at the opposite side of the road. Drive straight again.. up up the bridge… down down the bridge.. until you see an opening to make U-turn. Make that U-turn. Drive straight straight.. until you see BCCK green white building. Turn left and find parking. You’ve reached BCCK! TADA! LoL!

4. The official answer on BCCK.COM.MY, Borneo Convention Center Kuching is located at Isthmus Island, Sejingkat, 93050 Kuching

To reach there from City2000 Traffic Light (From the Tun Saheluddin Toll Bridge), turn left and drive straight (jgn belok belok) until the round-about. Take the 3rd turn from the round about (right/3o’clock) and go straight until another round about and take 2nd turn (12 o’clock). Drive straight and u will go by the Sejingkat causeway. You are now inside Isthmus island. Drive straight until another bridge. If u are clever, u can drive down that barage bridge to make a U-turn. Otherwise drive over the barage and make that U-turn. Drive straight again and turn left.

Turn left into the road heading to the Fishing Boat Roundabout, and make a 3′oclock turn to another roundabout. Go straight at the roundabout (enter the road opposite where you are coming out from), and cross a bridge heading to the Kuching Ithmus. Look out for a green huge building which is well lit (if at night), or a green shaped leaf.. and that is BCCK. If you get lost, call Mike, and ask him for directions as a contingency plan..heheh

4. Okie! From UMW Toyota Pending…

i. drive towards Bintawa, You will pass Chung Hua No.1 on your left;

ii. then you will drive down a slope till you reach a traffic light, go straight;

iii. Go straight on and your will pass an overhead bridge and then arrive at a second traffic light intersection, going left takes you over the toll bridge, but you go STRAIGHT;

iv. Drive on towards Bintawa and you will soon reach a roundabout with a fishing boat in the middle, cannot miss one;

v. Then at the roundabout, take the exit at 3 o’clock;

vi. Go Straight and you will reach another roundabout, this time take the exit at 12 o’clock;

vii. Now you are heading towards to Barrage (which has helped with the water pollution in the Sarawak River);

viii. Drive over the Barrage and enjoy the view;

ix. When you drive down the Barrage, you should be on Jalan Keruing;

x. Drive on straight and you should be able to see the BCCK structure shortly on your right, you can’t miss it. It’s the only huge, new structure after the barrage;

xi. But!! even if you see BCCK you can’t get in just like that, you have to keep driving straight till you reach this funky u-turn thing;

xii. At the funky u-turn, make a right hand turn to come back down and now BCCK will be on your left; and

xiii. When you reach, masuk, find parking and use your two vouchers won at http://www.rosewong.com to feast at the delicious ramadhan buffet!

What I hate most about rosewong.com? I hate waiting , sometimes I have to wait for your pics to be loaded lo… hahahah…..

4。从 Demak Laut Industrial area 红绿灯直走可以看到 YK building 一直走然后你会看到桥，过桥吧，再直走走走。。。然后当你可以看到像蝴蝶或蜜蜂的大 building 时，你就可以看到一块 BCCK 的路牌，然后弯进去就是了。

A1) I haven’t thought of who to bring to the dinner, and since I’m single and available (Answer to your Why question), can I ask you to accompany me instead?

A2) Counted few times, 83 pictures altogether. Couldn’t be wrong since the rest got the same answer as well.

A3) There are no problem at my side for loading pictures. What I dislike most about rosewong.com is that I feel hungry whenever you blog about food and you make me ruined my diet !! Must put a disclaimer or warning next time when you are going to blog about food.

(1) I will let my parents to experience this wonderful Ramadhan Buffet at BCCK if I were to win these vouchers. Why them? Because I know they will never spend money on these kind of food, not because they cannot afford to dine in there, just because they save for us, their children. Plus their anniversary is round the corner, so, if I could win these vouchers, I will let them enjoy themselves there since they have never been there before.

(3) You are called ahlost because of the R & L that people tend to mispronounce. An example besides Rose to Lost would be Rolex and Lolex. What do I hate about rosewong.com ah? Basically, there’s nothing that I dislike about this blog except for the updates. I dislike it when I come here and see no update from your blog. I’ve been a ghost reader of yours who visited your blog regularly.. So I beg for regular update from you can?

(4) BCCK is at Sejingkat. How to get there from anywhere that I’m familiar with ah? Alright, I’ll start at some famous place that everyone knows. From Imperial Duck or Lok Thian Restaurant’s bus stop, 0.0km, drive straight and you’ll see a traffic light, drive straight and you will notice that Hong Leong Bank is on your right and Crown Tower & Crown Square will be on your left. Drive straight again and UMW Toyota Motor is on your left. You’ll see the funniest roundabout in town after the Petronas station. I said funniest roundabout because it’s an oval-shaped roundabout, or should I call it ovalabout. Haha.

Ok, from the roundabout, drive 12 o’clock and you will be going up a hill and the moment you see an overhead bridge, you’ll definitely notice CHMS No.1 on your right hand side. Drive down the hill, and before you reach another traffic light, you’ll notice Yung Kong yellow-orange building on your left hand side. As you pass by the traffic light (Yes, go straight, don’t turn anywhere till I mention it), Poliklinik is on your left and Sin Teck Hung is on your right. Drive straight again and when you see another overhead bridge, it also means there’s a school nearby. This time, Chung Hua Primary School Pending is on your left. At this time, it takes less than 3 mins and about 1.8km from the start point that I mentioned earlier on.

As you drive along, if you would like to confirm if you got the right place, notice Hock Seng Lee building on your right, or Wisma Hii Yii Ngiik / Siang Siang Food Court, Pending on your left. If you see these buildings / places, you’ll be seeing another traffic light at City 2000. To the left, you’ll be going to the toll bridge, to the right, you’ll be going to Yoshi Square and to make things less complicated, go straight, which is Jalan Utama. Along this road, you’ll be seeing Sarawak Pepper Building, TM Pending, Sarawak Concrete, Path Advertising on your left and the famous Carvery restaurant on your right. You’ll see a roundabout with a boat in the middle. The first turning would be Bintawa Housing estate, 2nd turning would be Bintawa Industrial area and you should be going to the 3rd turning, which is Jalan Kemajuan, which is also 3 o’clock from Jalan Utama.

You know you’re at the right turning when you see Balai Polis Bintawa on your left and White Horse company on your right. On the left, you’ll also be seeing Teck Lee Seng (TLS), TC Motors, Velocity (the place for you to play go-kart) and finally See Hua Daily News Building and on your right, you’ll be seeing Lieng Bang Sawmill, Samasa Press and Yung Kong Metal Works.

Now, you’ll be seeing another roundabout. This time, you go for 2nd turning (12 o’clock) and drive along that road. On your left, you’ll be seeing Tai Say Company and few other companies nearby before you see Sarawak River. Drive slowly along the road as you’ll see “Slow – Men At Work” signboards. Road constructions are going on so please drive very carefully especially at night where road lights are not functioning along this road. While driving slowly, you’ll actually notice a huge building on your right.. and yes, that’s BCCK building. It’s 6.5km, 8mins from our stating point.

You’ll soon see a bridge in front of you but instead of going up the bridge, we shall use the road under the bridge on our left hand side, turn in there and drive slowly about 50seconds, approximately 1km before you notice we are at another side of the road of Sejingkat. Drive for another 1km before you’ll see the entrance of BCCK on your left. You can choose to park your car at open space of their carpark or you also can drive in their basement carpark. No charges applied as of today.

So, from Lok Thian Restaurant’s bus stop to BCCK, it only takes about 8.6km, 10mins and 30 seconds. I have recorded a video of me doing this journey so the duration and kilometers couldn’t be wrong.

Rose Sejingkat’s sounds like a pretty far place. The food made it worth the travel! Your pictures move so that I can’t keep track lol~
