Shopping Experience with Jipaban
I’m often being tagged in facebook on dresses or clothes that I did not buy. That makes people think that I’m actually a shopaholic, which I didn’t want to admit because I’m not buying those that I’ve been tagged. But in actual fact, I’m actually a shopaholic, especially online shopping mall. Be it clothes or gadgets or accessories.
I’ve tried ebay, lelong.com, mudah.my, shashinki, and many other online boutiques, and so far, all the items that I purchased online, I received them.
So, what’s with Jipaban?

Abang Nara also mentioned that he would buy maxi dress for the fiancee (back then, now wife) with hassles free.

Even fashion blogger Cheesie blogged about Jipaban here.

So, when you see there are top bloggers recommending the page, you would automatically think that Jipaban should be a reliable online shop.
I’m sorry to say this but I’m actually very upset that my parcel did not arrive to my door step. My first time doing online purchase with Jipaban and I’m not happy with it. Yes, I selected for the standard shipping. I shall bear for the responsibility of the parcel being lost. But all this while, items that I purchased online from Singapore, I opt for Standard shipping and I will receive the item in 5 working days time.
I emailed Jipaban regarding this, and all they can do it that to ask me to wait.. but it has been more than 2 weeks, coming to 3rd week. I’ve never waited so long for a parcel.
Two possibilities:
1) Jipaban never sent out my items.
They said they did, but there was no proof of them sending it out. They only gave me the post office that they sent the parcel.
2) Jipaban sent out but post office or postman lost it somewhere. I know there’s nothing I can do since I opt for Standard Shipping, but why I received from others with no prob but when it comes to you, my parcel is gone. I know it’s not fair to Jipaban who might have sent out the items, but what you want me to do if you’re in my shoe? Spent SGD117, waited for so long.. and never get the items. You can’t blame me for having such thoughts. ![]()

Anyways.. I don’t think I will receive my dresses that was said to be “lost”. But.. I do hope such things won’t happen to anyone else in future.
