Okay.. back to the the Ramadhan Buffet at BCCK (Borneo Convention Centre Kuching) at Sejingkat..

Do you really know the meaning of fasting? I shamefully do not know till I saw on the projector screen at the dining hall in BCCK. One of the quotes that I managed to capture is this –> “It is the month to visit the poor, sick and the needy to share their sorrows. It is the month where food, sustenance and the earnings of the believing Muslim increases and they are blessed”

and there were two types of soup that evening.. Oxtail Soup and Crab Stick Clam Meat Soup.. and I tried the Oxtail.. Would love to have another round of soup but my stomach didn’t allow me to..

The yummilicious foodz on that evening include Indian Ocra Curry, Aloo Gobhi, Sotong Sambai Petai, Telur Dadar, Chili Mussels, Baby Kailan with Salted Fish, Lam Yee Chicken, Pacific Clam with Celery & Snowpeas, Chicken Briyani, Ikan Bakar live from Teppan, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Curry Stir Fry Noodles with Vegetables, Tulang Rusuk Masak Rendang, Ikan Kurau Masak Lemak, Chicken Canneloni and many many many more !! Too many to be named O_O

I saw a similar one at one of the well known hotel in Kuching when I was attending a course but theirs was Kebab if I’m not mistaken

There were also Wantan Dry Soup, Keropok Lekor, Rojak and also yummilicious Assorted Ice Creams. Shouldn’t have blogged bout food at this hour !!

and Kuih Malay, Cookies with Chips, Pie, very yummilicious yet sinful Rich Chocolate Cake, Mousses, Ass. Pastries and many many more and of all the food, from the appetisers, soups and salads to main courses to desserts, my all time favourite would be the desserts

and I’ve always wanted to try this Chocolate Fundae.. But then kan.. I will only eat it when I’m officially bracesless

How did I cut my middle finger with scissors? I was just using a small scissors to cut the reload cards and I cut the skin on the middle finger

I managed to go to BCCK at 6.05pm *LOL* I thought I would be the last one to reach there but glad that I wasn’t

First thing we did was to look for Anna to get our passes Thank you Anna

Dwin introduced to us the places, the stage, the ‘nest’, the hall, etc .. and we were so honoured that we actually can go everywhere with the very beautiful pass.

Passive Fire Their lead singer aka the vocal, Aaron wasn’t feeling well.. So, Cheryl Melia became the lead singer for that evening. Great job Cheryl and.. not forgetting Monique !! Yes.. because of this event, I met them and I don’t remember when was the last time I bumped into them..

I went for their rehearsal at 7sth. No.. I didn’t drive there on purpose. Knocked off early to go for GCG actually and since I’ll pass by BCCK (Borneo Convention Centre Kuching), might as well drop by there for few mins to have a look at the very grand stage. Pardon the quality of the video as the amp kept on buzzing when I was there.. I believe it has been fixed last night after I left.

and a little teaser of the hall that you’ll be seeing tonight if you’re going !! It’s so spacious and comfortable.. and you should be going because it’s still very new.. and this Charity Concert is the first event that will be held there !! So, grab your tickets not only for the concert but also be among the first to see and feel and take pictures of the place !!

Oh ya.. Just a little reminder again, RM15 is not for the concert itself only.. You’ll be able to see fashion shows by Breeze Models and that’s not it.. If you’re free today and tomorrow from 10am to 7pm, do drop by BCCK as well as there will be exhibition on Environment, Organic, the popular Enzyme, Health, 3R, Art, Technology, Energy and there are competitions not only for adults (Green Poster Competition) but also for children aged 6 to 12 years old(Card Design Competition) … Hope to see you there..
